The site provides information on real estate crowdlending in Mexico and allows interested parties to subscribe to receive updates about investment opportunities. The content is for information purposes only and does not constitute a public offering or individualised financial advice.

To receive information you must provide accurate and up-to-date data. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the emails.

Enqorix is under authorisation as a Collective Funding Institution (IFC) before Mexico's National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), under the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions (Fintech Law).
7. Limitation of liability
Enqorix will not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, nor for investment decisions taken based on the information published.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
